Laurel or Hardy: Some Solo Shorts
Before their official 1927 teaming, Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy toiled away in movies for more than ten years as solo comics. This salute to their solo days is made up of Laurel's Pick and Shovel (1923), Pie-Eyed (1925), and When Knights Were Cold (1923) with Hardy's The Serenade (1916) and Say It With Babies (1926). Presented with live piano accompaniment.
